Can never get someone to answer the phone no matter the time of day I call
very bad experience, waiting10 days for my medication, was approved by my insurance, no call no response, just bad Pharmacy
Text from the pharmacy saying prescriptions are ready for pick up and when I arrive, they are not ready. A repeating problem while the staff have a new excuse everytime instead of trying to address the issue they waste customers time and money.
A pattern issue of staff or automation saying prescriptions are ready and going to go pick them up and them not being ready. While I was waiting in line, two other customers had the same issue.
