A pattern issue of staff or automation saying prescriptions are ready and going to go pick them up and them not being ready. While I was waiting in line, two other customers had the same issue.
This pharmacy is horrible. I have to call in my prescription every month (although I signed up for automatic refills) and when I call it takes 30+ minutes for someone to answer however when you go there no body is doing anything. Would highly recommend any other pharmacy other than this one.
2 star because the staff is courteous when we meet in person. No one picks up the calls, and my prescription is always delayed. I have to head here and wait for 30 mins to an hour just to get my medicines which were ordered by my doc weeks ago.
