I have been having scripts filled here for 18 years. Recently, there has been a marked downturn in customer service. Meds are being refilled I did not ask for. Meds I need are not being filled in a timely fashion. I was on hold for 32 minutes today waiting for info of whether my meds were ready. I gave up and recalled x3 and each time it sounded like the phone was picked up and set down. I have congestive heart failure, recently had 2 coronary stents, and need these 4 important meds. No way to run a business.
Dr called in Rx before noon and still not filled at 5. Will not be using this pharmacy again.
