The pharmacy is useless. If there’s a problem with your prescription don’t expect them to call and tell you. If you call about a prescription don’t expect to get a straight answer. One pharmacist said my prescription would be ready the next day. When I went to pick it up, not only did they not have it ready, they didn’t show that I had a prescription at all. Total incompetence.
on hold for 45 min, then it hangs up when I'm next in line. 5 times this has happend. UNACCEPTABLE!
