Horribly rude person answered the phone. Short and dismissive. Clearly catching flack from how poorly they are running there rapid city stores. I would be embarrassed to have an employee act that way. DO NOT go here.
I dont understand how Walgreens has gotten so bad. Everytime I come here, the line is 5-10 people deep. Why are they only hiring PART-TIME Pharmacist?! I blame Walgreens mismanagement. Now the Westside pharmacy is only open M-F. I remember when they were 24/7. Terrible customer experiences over the past 6 months.
“Western union person on the know” was extremely rude and Unhelpful! Started helping me then walked in the back area and when she came back out she walked away and said she was clocked out. Was rude the small amount of time she “helped” me
Terrible drive-thru service.
