Amanda is a powerhouse!!! She is not only a very knowledgeable and skilled pharmacist, but she also has incredible customer service skills. I was frustrated watching how people spoke to her in front of me, and she handled their attitudes and questions with kindness and grace. I want her working for me!!
I requested a prescription refill for my wife's Libre 3 Blood Glucose monitoring sensor, three days ago, Wednesday, 8/20 and was scheduled to pick up the prescription Saturday @ 11:00 AM. I arrived at the store at 11:30 and the prescription wasn't ready. According to the pharmacy tech the prescription was sold to someone else and the store was now out of stock.
