Terrible pharmacy service. They were not even busy and couldn’t take the time for good customer service. Now I remember why I don’t come here.
Have told me for 3 days now they will have my 2 year old son’s nebulizer in “tomorrow”. It is now day 3 of him not having the breathing treatments he needs and now I am being told it will be in “in a few days”. Absolutely unacceptable.
Amanda is a powerhouse!!! She is not only a very knowledgeable and skilled pharmacist, but she also has incredible customer service skills. I was frustrated watching how people spoke to her in front of me, and she handled their attitudes and questions with kindness and grace. I want her working for me!!
