Takes forever to get prescriptions filled.
Made an appointment for vaccines, checked in and waited for 10 minutes only for them to tell me they were out. Constantly disappointed with this pharmacy, this will be my last attempt to use their services.
If I could give negative stars, I would. This is probably the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. They cancelled my prescription and when I called in, I sat on hold for 40 minutes only for them to then hang up on me. Slowest, most incompetent, and worst service I’ve EVER experienced at any business.
It should have been Walgreens that closed down instead of rite aid. Worst store/pharmacy I've ever dealt with.
