Do better. I’ve had good experiences with this pharmacy in the past, but what happened yesterday was completely unacceptable. The young employee working the drop-off/pickup window needs additional training, or the pharmacy should reconsider whether they’re the right person for this role. This pharmacy's service deteriorated since the personnel who worked there for a number of years disappearred. Now, there is a new pharmacy staff every day. Numerous problems don't end: incorrect charges through the health insurance, poor inventory in stock, irresponsible partial filling of prescriptions without warning, different information from different persons working in the pharmacy, many times incorrect information about the missing medicines, and it is hard to get someone on the phone.
