We had been using the Walgreens on Deming St for almost 10 years, but after constant issues with almost every prescription, we finally decided to try another location. The Walgreens on Talcottville has been a completely different experience. Prescriptions are ready faster. The notifications actually match what is happening. Drive thru is great
Do not ever go to this Walgreens. The pharmacy manager is the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. When needing a refund that they filled for my daughter knowing she couldn't take it. I was told "that's not my problem call the doctor". Clearly a refund could not be made by the doctor since we paid Walgreens specifically. I then proceeded to wait on hold for thirty minutes to only be redirected back to that same pharmacist and she ridiculed me over the phone, I told her I worked in customer service for ten years... read more
