I have lost all confidence in this Pharmacy ! they will lie to you just about anything from its out of stock or they never got the order to your insurance provider put a hold on you script . ive been waiting over 2 weeks now for a monthly scheduled script. Thank God its not a life threatening issue that I need the script fast but it the principle of the level of neglect and actually not caring . my wife and I have 10 daily prescriptions that we take and on an average, every month and 6 of them get messed up. needless to say ... read more
I am very disappointed with the service I received at this pharmacy. A blonde employee, wearing the pharmacist’s white coat inside the pharmacy, displayed an intolerant and highly unprofessional attitude. While I was at the drive-thru window, she spent more than 10 minutes on the phone without assisting me, and when she finally did, her response was rude and dismissive. To make matters worse, she told me that if I wanted to purchase additional items, I would have to get out of my car — something I have never been asked to do... read more
We've been using this Walgreens for years. Staff has always been extremely helpful and pleasant. However, my last 2 visits, I've encountered extremely rude, unhelpful staff. I think they may have hired some newer people, that need Customer Service training and a lesson on "How To" speak and address ill patients.. They have some extremely poor attitudes.. I'm hopeful the normal staff will turn this place around or they may start losing business.
