I had always had a good experience with this pharmacy until now. Yesterday I got a call saying that my prescription was ready for pick up. I went after work and they told me that it wasn’t gonna be ready until tomorrow. This morning I got another call saying that it was ready for pick up. I went again and they told me that wasn’t gonna be ready till tomorrow, if it’s not ready why am I getting this phone calls? Very frustrating.I will change pharmacy from now on.
I have lost all confidence in this Pharmacy ! they will lie to you just about anything from its out of stock or they never got the order to your insurance provider put a hold on you script . ive been waiting over 2 weeks now for a monthly scheduled script. Thank God its not a life threatening issue that I need the script fast but it the principle of the level of neglect and actually not caring . my wife and I have 10 daily prescriptions that we take and on an average, every month and 6 of them get messed up. needless to say ... read more

I am very disappointed with the service I received at this pharmacy. A blonde employee, wearing the pharmacist’s white coat inside the pharmacy, displayed an intolerant and highly unprofessional attitude. While I was at the drive-thru window, she spent more than 10 minutes on the phone without assisting me, and when she finally did, her response was rude and dismissive. To make matters worse, she told me that if I wanted to purchase additional items, I would have to get out of my car — something I have never been asked to do... read more
