Having only one checkout clerk at photo desk handling both picture pick-ups and checking out is not very efficient. CVS down the road at least has self-checkout so you’re not in line for 10+ min trying to checkout with a couple of items
You’ll spend less time at the doctor’s office than waiting for your prescription to be filled here. Bring a chair, all the chairs there will be full of other people waiting.
