Hold time is always over an hour to speak with someone in the pharmacy. Whenever my doctor sends over a prescription I always have to call to have the order initiated, instead of them just starting it when the order is sent over. That causes me to make multiple trips to the pharmacy. Transferring to CVS! Absolutely ridiculous.
