Update *10/25: received a letter from Walgreens Co. stating that they've decided to CLOSE this location and can refill Rxs at the nearest Walgreens on Newkirk (Flatlands location is actually closer to me). Guess this was bound to happen eventually 🤷♀️ If I could rate them zero stars, I would! Seems like no matter the time of day there is always a HUGE line at the pharmacy and even in the front... The staff at the pharmacy were kind and knowledgeable. There was an issue with me insurance and they solved it quickly and courteously. Scheduled and received flu and Covid vaccines same day. Thank you!
This Walgreens located at 1549 Flatbush X Nostrand is the worst!!! The staff, from the Pharmacist who was on duty at the time and Reps, are cold hearted and non-transparent. They do not check your prescriptions, or your information to verify everything is ready, and then lie when you ask questions. Mila the Pharmacist who was on duty on 10/8/23 and Pharmacy Rep. Trying to make an appointment is a waste of time. Don't bother.
had a vaccine appt, waited over an hour for them to give me the paperwork to fill out,never got it and I just left because I needed to go to work. going to have to schedule another appointment, which will not be at this pharmacy
