Paul was the first pharmacist to actually be helpful and make sure I could get my medication after a week trudging through disorganization and getting the run around by a host of other pharmacies in the area. He was so very professional and competent, even when I was frazzled at my wits end. Thank you so much, Paul!
Unhelpful
Waited in the call queue for the pharmacy for an hour, only for them to have their system hang up on me.
Had great customer service from the Hispanic girl that immediately took over the register after another employee removed herself unexpectedly, I initially thought she was closing her register so I asked but she answered no, that the other girl was going to serve me and she hopped in the next register to help someone else which was ok because I ended up having a better experience
The staff and pharmacists are approachable, willing to answer questions, and go out of their way to be helpful. Great store, definitely recommend using if you’re on maintenance medication.
