They’re often pretty rude. A few techs are sweet. I’m sure it’s such a stressful job, I probably can’t even imagine. But as a bedside nurse I never treat patients so rude. I’ll admit I made a mistake of coming at lunch break time (except, my help began a few minutes before it) but I 100% didn’t realize. At the end of the day, not a reason to be an ass and maybe they need a process of closing refill request/checkout line a couple minutes before they need to leave. Worst pharmacy I have ever tried picking up medication from, including the pharmacy in my college town whose pharmacy manager would scold college girls when picking up their birth control. I am changing my prescription location after a single “successful” pick up from this location.
