I’ve had friendly and unfriendly encounters with staff here. They can lag in filling scripts and don’t have the best hours. I go to Costco or CVS sometimes to our scripts filled when I’m having issues here. I like how close this location is to our house though, only reason I try to use them. Danielle could be a little less passive aggressive on the phone.
They’re often pretty rude. A few techs are sweet. I’m sure it’s such a stressful job, I probably can’t even imagine. But as a bedside nurse I never treat patients so rude. I’ll admit I made a mistake of coming at lunch break time (except, my help began a few minutes before it) but I 100% didn’t realize. At the end of the day, not a reason to be an ass and maybe they need a process of closing refill request/checkout line a couple minutes before they need to leave.
