Horribly run. The hours say open until 7pm but they decide to close early whenever they want? They should be open at 9am, but who knows. What a joke.
Terrible the medicines are always never there and the workers are always never there pretty much should be shut down
These pharmacy hours are stupid. This location might as well shut down, there's a DG across the street for convenience items.
This is the worst Walgreens in Springfield, perhaps Illinois. Every time I receive notification via the Walgreens app, that my prescription is ready, I go there and they don't have it ready. I asked the pharmacy manager why that is, and they said they do so on their computer system to meet standards set by "corporate".
