I sympathize with being short staffed, but completely ignoring the phones is absurd. For example, my doctor submitted my prescription with a note to fill it on a specific day. The app showed a delay so I called for DAYS and never got through. Finally went up there and the line was all the way to the front door. When I got to the front they told me yes, sorry, we see the note. The script will be filled later today. Cool, no problem. Inching closer and closer to closing time and my script still appears delayed, so I head back ... read more
Horrible pharmacy anymore. Half the time you get there they have a note on the drive thru window saying one reason or another they are closed. Today I called to see why they have failed to fill my husband's prescription the 1 times hes called it in. I sat on hold for a hour before hanging up.
Inconsistent service - App doesn’t seem to coordinate well the pharmacy staff. App is difficult and confusing-isn’t at all intuitive.
So, I do not understand the lack of customer service at the Walgreen's Pharmacy's. They basically send you a text saying sorry we are currently out of your medication and won't have any in stock for a few days. Check back later. Then I get online or call and see that other local Walgreen's Pharmacy's and they have the medication in stock?!?! So, why wouldn't you get it from them or have the other Walgreen's fill it instead? Just sayin....what happened to good customer service??? Y5
Always have any prescription I order in a timely manner and the staff is friendly ,clean location
