Had an actual appointment at 9:30 for booster Covid. At 10:10 the pharmacist finally emerges and tells the 3 people who had appointments AFTER 10 to roll up their sleeves. I asked if perhaps we could go in order of appointments and he rudely snapped back saying "it doesn't matter everyone will get one." Then he continued to argue and complain that he was busy. Walgreens management has completely ruined this pharmacy and store. My Dr. called in an Rx for me 4 days ago. Only today do they tell me that they will not refill. I was a RiteAid customer for 30 years and never had a complaint.

Trying to use their online "pickup at store" service doesn't work. You order the item online because it's listed as "in stock". Then you get a message that it's delayed. What? It's IN stock. Then the next day they e-mail you to say "You've successfully cancelled your order." Huh? I guess they can't be bothered. Easier for them to cancel it rather than be forced to take it to the curb.

I tried to stay local but I can no longer use this location as the incompetence strains any patience I could have had. Pharmacy no longer open on weekends and pharm “on break” outside of hours posted - after days waiting and returning to store they finally check on availability of RX called in 5 days prior to discover not available. Just too much
