Very friendly staff! They always seem willing to help in getting my medication at the best price.
This specific Walgreens on Old Waco Road in Temple has a terrific group of employees who are always ready to help and answer questions. Victoria has even helped me understand my new insurance plan!
The staff at this Walgreens has consistently provided great service. I recently needed help transferring my prescriptions from the CDM, which doesn’t offer delivery, and they handled everything quickly and clearly. They also arranged delivery for both my medications and my son Nicki’s, which has made things much easier. Everyone I’ve spoken with has been friendly, professional, and efficient. I really appreciate how smoothly the whole process went. Highly recommend this location for dependable, friendly pharmacy service.
This pharmacy closed on Saturday is an inconvenience,, if you have a controlled med even though it shows up in the computer, the other walgreens won't fill it because it's closed and theres no one to verify, it doesn't make any sense being closed on the weekend especially on a Saturday, very dissapointed.
Got my flu vaccine here and they were very efficient. But, most of all, they used one of their extra free flu vouchers for me since I didn't have insurance so I didn't have to pay anything. I'm super grateful for the pharmacist. She was wonderful and extremely nice.
