Patrick the pharmacy tech was super sweet and accommodating! Really great customer service, which is always refreshing these days.
The worst customer service, I always have issues with the pharmacy, its the closest most convenient one for us but its a nightmare dealing with them. To not waste my time on multiple trips when I try to call to make sure all my dads medication are ready they never answer or to ask why one medication is delayed I can never get anyone on the phone and have to make multiple trips. Love love love the older lady who works here
This store literally NEVER checks their messages for incoming prescription orders from doctors. I've picked up dozens of prescriptions here, even two to three days after it was called in, and they've yet to ONCE have a prescription ready or even started on due to their negligence and laziness. Not only that, but they typically aggressively and defensively proclaim that they have indeed checked their voicemails and have nothing in the queue.
