I used to go to the Walgreens on the corner of Randall and Algonquin, but this one is way better. Waited two weeks for a prescription one time and transferred it to this location. Got it the next day
Great pharmacy, I've been getting medication from them for 12 years and have never really had any problems that were on their end, just refill problems that need to be resolved with my doctor's. The employees are all very nice and helpful and I've developed a friendly relationship with them over the years. The techs and the pharmacist's are very nice and helpful. Jennifer and Carissa have been there as long as I've been going and they're very friendly.
When my doctor prescribed medication for me Walgreens sends me a text message telling me their out of stock. I'll receive a text when it's back in. Okay...well I've waited a week now. I click the link on the text to check the status. There is no prescription for me. Really? Second time this has happened in a row. Now I'll have to call them again to find out why. I'm going to a different pharmacy, this is ridiculous.
It can take 2 to 3 days or more just to get your prescriptions. The store prices are outrageous! I used to shop there all the time, but their prices are so extreme that I have chosen to shop at Walmart. I have also transferred my prescriptions to another pharmacy so that we can get them within a reasonable amount of time.
