Product I went to get, there wasn't any until I saw a worker and asked if they still had any left, he went to the stock room and bring it out ,for restocking again. Very polite service.
I received a voicemail from this pharmacy on the morning of 06/25/2025 stating that my prescription was ready for pickup. I made a 40-minute drive and arrived around 2 PM, only to be told that the prescription had actually been ready since 06/10 and was returned to stock at noon today. This was especially frustrating because the medication is hard to find and isn’t always available—so when I got the call, I made the trip right after work. i’ve been coming to this pharmacy for years with great experience. The techs that work upfront are amazing and will you give you great customer service. Honestly sometimes waiting in line to pick up my scripts there will be many people who would hold up the line to give the techs a hard time. people need to stop holding up the lines and be more understanding because these techs are trying their best, and will give you more of a satisfied experience if people were just more nicer …trust me..especially since this is a very bus... read more
