Pharmacy staff won’t text or call you to let you know that your prescription was “shelved” instead of being filled. You have to call them to figure out why you haven’t received a text that it’s been filled and when you do, they will give you a run around and tell you incorrect information, sending you on a wild goose chase to try and rectify the issue. Avoid this pharmacy.
They "forgot" to give me my pain medication that I needed for wisdom teeth removal. I was picking up 4 perscriptions and only recieved 3, even though 4 were ready for pickup. This was extremely unfortunate given that they "forgot" to give my pain medication. I only noticed after the surgery was done, so I had to be driven over there and wait until they approved its release from a time delay safe.
