I feel bad for the staff. They are way understaffed. Waited 20 minutes in line (only one person in front of me) only to be told that they hadn't received my prescription. Then grabbed a bottle of wine to check out instead and there was no one at the front counter. Waited five minutes...still no one. Put the wine back and walked out. 30 minutes of my life trying to give them business and walked out with nothing. I'll need to change my primary pharmacy.
They don't have the important meds in stock. When I called, there's around a 15-20 minute hold. Horrible app too.
The young man working there wasn't happy when I told him he's just working because he wants to be like me in 20 years
CVS has far better service.
