This has got to be the worst pharmacy ever. They won’t process a prescription until I ask repeatedly for it to be filled. I call them to check if it’s ready, and I’m on hold for 15 minutes every time and they still don’t answer. I show up, they tell me it will take another two hours to fill an antibiotic. They still don't answer the phone for prescription questions. Why offer it if you aren't going to answer the phone. I spent 30 minutes on hold(it has happened multiple times). I understand if you are helping a customer and I have to wait a few minutes, but not 30. Best work around is to call the store and they'll take a note to them to call you back. This shouldn't be the best option. Over all poor customer service.
Place is an absolute joke. They will put you on hold for 2+ hours (they never answer within a half hour EVER). Then they are the least helpful, least friendly people ever. No help, a lot of attitude. Asking for your medication is like pulling teeth. They all should find new jobs if they are that lazy and hate their job that much
Every single time I come to this pharmacy it has an extremely long line and we end up waiting anywhere from 20-45 min which is absolutely insane and ridiculous. And then, sometimes the prescription isn’t even ready. Will be switching pharmacies asap.
