We were traveling from Tennessee up to the east coast. 5 hours into our trip from into V.A my husband realized he forgot all his heart meds. Well needless to say our cardiologist did call it into this walgreens. They said call to make sure they fill it for the morning before we got the road again. I called 15min till they closed with 3 people on hold in front of me- which i am sure they hung up one by one like me. This location has gone downhill over the years. Customer service is nonexistent. Walgreens should be sued for their TV commercial for falsely advertising the portrayal of Walgreens customer service. All prescriptions and store business will be taken elsewhere for me and my family.
