Dealing with this pharmacy is extremely difficult. They are constantly under staffed. When the website states a prescription is ready for pickup it should be ready! I've repeatedly driven in to town to pick up multiple orders and been told they're behind on their orders so all mine aren't actually available for pickup. Utilizing the website often results in getting contradictory answers from the staff when trying to deal with issues.
Sitting in the drive-thru at 2:03 staring at their sign about being on lunch until 2. This is consistent. The open late. They close early. They come back from lunch at random times as if their customers do not have things to do in their day. I'm giving two stars because the staff are kind. This location is desperately understaffed.
This is the least organized most incompetent pharmacy.I've ever been to. The wait to pick up a prescription is always long, and they almost always screw up the orders, go somewhere else. Revision...LARRY Scott put me right. He went to Beth and Jacob and had a most efficient, friendly and knowledgeable experience. Please do not poison my future prescription if RITE AID is out. I change my score to 4.5
