been waiting 5 days for my prescription thats very important and they still dont have it
I was calling in to refill my prescription, the automated voice can never find me in the system. So I waited for a representative for 35+ minutes, and never got one. Called again later, and same thing. Not the first time having problems with this location. They are usually back ordered on meds, and have slow customer service. Do yourself a favor and send your prescription to a different pharmacy.
They're always there to help and working as fast as they can!
Dealing with this pharmacy is extremely difficult. They are constantly under staffed. When the website states a prescription is ready for pickup it should be ready! I've repeatedly driven in to town to pick up multiple orders and been told they're behind on their orders so all mine aren't actually available for pickup. Utilizing the website often results in getting contradictory answers from the staff when trying to deal with issues.
