extremely slow with prescriptions. I've been using Walgreen pharmacy for over a year and it's the same thing every month. waiting for insurance or waiting for pharmacist to review, and it could take up to 10 days for it to finally go through. it is very difficult for me to get to Houghton it would be much easier to pick all my scripts up once a month, but it's like they'll fill 3 and say nothing else is due then two days later I get a text saying I have more ready. one particular script I take every month and every month it'... read more
once again they make an eeror, bill my insurance for twice the insulin they gave me and I'm left without. no apologies, no effort to make it right time for a new pharmacy
RecommendedI had forgotten to refill my anti-depressants Walgreens Pharmacy called me and "said" they'd call my Dr. 2 refill. I still called my Dr. just 2 confirm and Walgreens had already completed it!!! THAT'S awesome service!!!
