just went to pick prescription Dr sent at 12:33 at 1:25 was told they didn't have I said I would dr office girl at drive-thru said u can call we go to lunch in 5 min. showed her the text from Dr all she ever said was we go to lunch n 5 min. NEVER use them again

pulled in at 10 am on Sundy Morn. I was at the ER the night before and needed my script filled. was told it would be an hour wait and to go home and come back. Home is 8 miles away. POOR SERVICE. as the store had just opened this is not acceptable. Siloam Springs.

Used to they had a policy where if you are waiting for a prescription to be filled they would have you pull over and wait and serve the next person. Apparently this isn’t a thing anymore, as I just sit in the drive through for 25 minutes with two cars in front of me. The one in front was WAITING to get her order filled. It’s ridiculous and I will be switching pharmacies.
I am giving you one Star because it makes you. You people do not even deserve a star, I brought my sick daughter(11months)through to get her inhaler one day, it wasn't in the bag? Why because you didn't have it in stock and we're too indesent to tell me you didn't have it so I could get it somewhere else, so she could you know, BREATHE!
