They are so incredibly incompetent. They must hire crack heads off the street.
Is there a Walgreens on the planet that knows what to do with the United Healthcare blue card? Same stuff purchased st Walmart with no problem at all.
Very rude pharmacy staff. Also only one person out of the 8 person staff was wearing a mask.The elderly male pharmacist was maskless also. Gross

I was treated so rudely in this store just now ! I asked for an item and the clerk basically said “they are all over the store”. Being in CS this goes all over me ! If she worked for me, I’d fire her on the spot! No excuses !
After repeated attempts to purchase an item at the store at 600 Mall Drive, 74804, I was told that the manager decided not to issue rain checks. This store is ALWAYS out of sale items!!! A company like Walgreens allows its managers to make this policy change although it is listed as policy on your website? I will certainly not be wasting any more trips! I will make sure others are aware of this policy as well. Enough wasted trips for your customers!!
Gone down hill.. spend 25 minutes in drive thru every time.. ugh
Very slow service. No matter what time or which day. Very slow. Typical wait time to just pick up a script is 30 minutes. Omg. Horrible service!!!!!
