I went today to pick up a medication that my father had in the system. The Pharmacist (Lisa) were so rude and lack of empathy. I have an accent because my first language is Spanish, but I also speak English. She said that she could not hear me and I think it was because of my accent. It was a bad experience for me and a bad experience for my parents too.

My journey began when I was at Walgreens on us 1. I’m a veteran and I am trying to get a flu shot which is free at all Walgreens locations. Their system for insurance was down and they advised me to go to the 43/oslo location. On my way out the door I called that location only to be put on hold two different times and on hold for 15 min. This particular location is terrible, I have given them 6 yrs of my life and they disappoint me everytime. Digital coupons hardly ever work right, pharmacy staff is very slow and very rude. No one looks happy to be there and show no desire to actual work. There are two exceptional cashiers that make my visit worth the trip, but definitely going change to CVS, maybe they will care for their regulars!!!
