Ever since they took on Rite Aid customerd there have been nothing but bad service throughout the entire pharmacy
I had a glitch in my health insurance which was corrected, The pharmacy has put us through the ringer , refusing to fill prescriptions because they put them under review or canceled them, inputting our blue Cross federal wrong so that his worked but mine didn’t, two weeks later mine worked his didn’t, asking my husband is he was binary of which we were both so offended. He’s a combat hardened colonel are you serious?
Employees are friendly, long lines and sometimes only have one receptionist.
