This a disgrace to all pharmacies. I just moved to Lake City, FL a year ago from Jacksonville, FL and I never had a problem until now. The last year has been a nightmare getting my meds. The continually run out of my meds but refuse to transfer it to a different pharmacy I just have to wait. More specifically though my Nephew broke his hand. Staff is pleasant and courteous however their ability to fill prescriptions properly is atrocious. On multiple occasions, I have received a call starting my prescriptions were ready for pickup. On arrival, turns out they were not yet filled. Then, a few hours later, I received messages saying their was a problem with my insurance. Call to insurance where they say, no problem, approved with no co-pays. Never received call saying meds were ready, but when I call, they say they are.
