This is the 3rd time in a row that I have been given the wrong information from the pharmacy employees. One tells me to come back tomorrow for the rest of my 90 day supply od Rx, when I do, I am told I have to go back to the Dr. for a new Rx. When I call for clarification, I am told no that is wrong I need new authorization. When they finally get that straight a month later.
