My best advice, find a local pharmacy! Walgreens is so out of touch and rude with their customers, it’s baffling! I’ve tried several locations and the Guntersville store is by far the worst! The only advantage is the 24 hour store in Madison,AL.Thats the only one I will use in the future and only if I’m being discharged from the emergency room or Hospital after hours.Only as a last resort!!

The lady working the pharmacy was the rudest person I have ever seen In my life. She acted like I was bothering her. Lady you are there to help me and help others. She even pushed the button for the slide out tray with anger and bitterness. The look on her face was also terrible. I wish I would have recorded it. Her name is Amelia. Walgreens you need to do better if you want people to keep coming to your store because this was ridiculous. And I left with disgust. I won’t be back for sure!! I’m
Walked in needing pain meds for my 12 month old that got burned. The wait was over an hour and I know they heard him crying in pain. I will never come back here again. The pharmacist was so slow and to worried about snacking on his pretzels than my screaming baby.
I have been with Walgreens for a long time. So you can understand why I was infuriated to find out a pharmacy tech told my doctor's office that I called in a refill 8/6/18, which I HADN'T!! I was outraged to say the least!!! I will NEVER GO BACK TO WALGREEN'S!! THAT IS JUST WRONG TO LIE ABOUT A CUSTOMER!!😡
Extremely slow in pharmacy department. No one else was waiting but techs acted like they didn't want to be there.
