Nice and Friendly as usual.
I have had repeated poor experiences here but it is the closest in network pharmacy to me so I keep going back. That said: The chain of bad experiences has been broken! Albeit not perfect, I had a much better experience. The saving grace for me was Patrick! I think hes a tech but he is an absolute rockstar! I had my script transferred here hoping to save gas. I called ahead to see if med in stock & if any concerns, none. When they got it, was pending & called again & had the worst lady helping me. She made up rules about using GoodRX, my insurance doesn't cover this med. I could only use it once. She refused my Goodrx info by, & refused my son to pick it up, even tho she knew I'd had it many times before & didn't care that I was 71 & had a full hip replacement 3 DAYS PRIOR...I had to come & bring the Goodrx app & photo ID???
