During this tough time in Houston, not sure on the hours. I call to this location and a Taylor answered and says "we are close" like if she was picking up her personal phone. I asked her who she was and she said Taylor. I educated her that's not the correct way you should answer the phone. Taylor said she was fully aware on how to answer but that she just didn't want us calling again since they were close. Worst customer experience she definitely needs to go back to customer service training.
The store is clean, attractive, well organized and they have a good selection. The only drawback for me is pricing. I only shop at Walgreens when I need "a" thing or two and I'm in a hurry. Which means, I don't shop here very often.
