Published operating hours indicates open at 7:30, but not actually open until 9:00. I live 30 miles from town, was there at 7:30 but couldn't wait that long, so will have to do without my medicine for a week.
I will not use this pharmacy again. when I first started going to them I didn't have a problem but here lately more and more they are messing up.. I have gone in person and ask for prescription refills and tell them I'll be back when they are ready. I come back and I'll have one ready and have the clerk tell me they only had the one refill request. this has happened more than once, but today was the last straw I changed pharmacies today because the lady I was spoke to over the phone regarding a prescription I had a question ... read more

The pharmacy is negligent. Allowed someone to pick up 3 of my medications. One being a narcotic, even though I called and had them notate my account with nobody being able to pick up my medication but me and must show identification. The pharmacist was very condescending and outright rude. I'll be escalating this as high as possible. No reprimand for the person who made this mistake.

They do not understand how Express Pay is used. It it meant to skip the regular line. When the pharmacy staff was notified 3 times that I was next in line with Express Pay, They utterly ignored me and retaliated due to questions being asked. The store manager did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation at hand. I am astounded by their sheer ineptness! Corporate office needs to retrain or shut their doors for business.
Never had any problems..very nice people and clean store
