The store itself is fine, pleasant staff and helpful. But the Pharmacy is a whole different issue. I understand it’s not an issue of the employees the issue lies with Walgreens and it’s take over of Riteaid. Since the take over this pharmacy is impossible. Lines are long, staff are over worked and and prescriptions are often not ready in a timely manner. After today’s encounter I don’t think I’ll be using Walgreens pharmacy going forward. Pretty sad, I’ve been a Walgreens customer since the day this store opened.
now that they took over rite aid the pharmacy has gone to hell they used to be really good and now I am having the worst experience ever and wish I could change pharmacies
EVERYTHING ABOUT IT THE PLACE
The pharmacist was awesome. With an impending storm rolling in, she waited for me to arrive because I needed the prescription filled before the blizzard.
