The pharmacy sends you a text telling you to call. They never once have answered the phone in a year I been getting prescriptions here, they know it, , they do not apologize they say I’m the only one here. So I was trying to save myself a trip and spoke with the manager about not getting through to the pharmacy, she took my information but refused to take my message. Drive up pharm tech unable to perform job. called in a script 4 days earlier not ready when i went to get it. asked if i could come back to pick it up. unable to find a perscription that was refilled online but the girl behind the counter found it right off... laziness
