I ordered a new prescription, that was missent to Kroger's. Was told out of stock. Every time I called the automated service, it said it was on tomorrow's truck. This went on until I ran out of inhaler. Called Food City who had it in stock, they waited for a fax from Walgreen. After a while I asked them to call Walgreen, and they were told THEY DID NOT HAVE A PRESCRIPTION! Food City called my doctor and I finally have my inhaler.
I'm taking my business to Kroger pharmacy across the street. The Harriman Walgreens pharmacy was good for many years, but this past year, there have been so many errors and mistakes. It has become incredibly inconvenient, and the workers in the pharmacy lack self-awareness and are impolite, bordering on rude. Very sad for a small town business.
