THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!! Every single time I’ve been to the store on Main St in Danville VA, I’ve been both dismayed and completely frustrated by how inefficiently this store is ran! I went there to make what should have been a simple transaction today & here’s what occurred. I invested about 30-40 minutes on trying to pick up a prescription. Terrible customer service and horrible management. Management acts as if it irritates them to do their job. How are you mad about doing a job that you get paid to do?! This location never keeps employees. I see a new face every time I'm in there and now I know why the retention rate is so high. They need to get it together. I will not be visiting this location again unless it's pickup from the pharmacy through drive through.
How can a drug store have a 6 months prescription from you and when you call it in for the month and the recording says it'll be ready in an hour, and when you go to get it, it's not ready AND they can only give you 5 of 30, that they have to order it!.......? �
