Would say they have the prescription in but then when we would go to pick it up that same day and they wouldn't have it. This happened three times to us. Very frustrating!
Called clinic, said they were going to send in the refill as urgent to pharmacy. Pharmacist said come back in an hour, this was 3:30 ish. So went back at 7. Then they said nothing was ready. Im like huh!? Usually the meds are ready but this time they all gave me the run around. Told me to go see the doctor at "urgent care" or emergency at hospital. It's like smh sad. Came in next morning after the doc sent in all information to get me a prescription from going into emergency just to get 1 dose. But nothing was ready. Had to ... read more
Pharmacy staff is very friendly. I use the drive thru and the line usually moved pretty fast
