Every month, getting my prescription filled is a week long ordeal. My prescription gets sent to Walgreens first thing in the morning and they respond “we’re working on it for you”. I get off work and drive to the pharmacy for them to tell me “Oh we’re out, we’ll have it tomorrow”… They didn’t. Same thing the next day. On the 3rd day I call to make sure they have it and they say “filling it now”. Needed to pick up prescriptions. Courteous professional staff a bit of a weight due to a large volume of customers, but I was satisfied.
