Cashier, shift leader, Max was reluctant to help me when there was no customers in line. Then said there was a problem with my DL number. I walked out.

My husband and I were just in Walgreens (Show Low) and had the (2nd) rudest cashier ever. My husband said upon checking out that he thought my OTC medication was on sale- he was speaking to me. The lady, in the most snarky tone possible, said: "Is there a problem? Both of your items were on sale." I mumbled something about thinking it was on sale for $4.99, to which she snorted: "Uh, NO." They filled my prescription 3 days ago with the wrong medicine. Now it's Sunday and I need this medicine to breathe and they are refusing to correct it without a phone call from my doctor. That may take a week since he works in 3 different towns. If I land back in the hospital because of no breathing meds Walgreens will be sued. I will be contacting a lawyer first thin Monday.
