Spending over an hour on hold to not reach a person is unacceptable. This is absolutely ridiculous and a disservice to our community.
Most terrible pharmacy I've ever been too 4 days to a week for prior authorization and for some reason they keep messing up with me and my son's persprictions I hate this place !
