Please require your pharmacists to use masks. Phillip K's was hanging on one side of ear, female pharmacist pushed her down to chin, exposing her entire face all day today. That should NEVER happen!

They could give me my photos for free and they could post on the website that the independence branch that the photo department is not working!
The fact that I have to wait for someone to casually make their way to the photo counter to pick up my picture order to be told to go wait in another line to pay when there is a cash register right there shows oh little their care about the customer experience!!
The crappiest pharmacy. Prescription was called in Thursday at noon. Was told they were waiting on insurance approval. Friday told they deleted it because Doctors office recalled it. Today Doctors office calls, everything was sent over. It is good to go on prescription. Call Walgreens and they deny ever having it. Called insurance and found out it was not necessary for them to approve. Forty minutes later find out Walgreens deleted as they do not have the recommended strength.
