The employees in the front of the store - cashiers etc - were very friendly. However the pharmacy staff - Sherry and Chuck were rude to not only me but several other customers I witnessed while waiting. I saw Sherry be horribly insensitive and unhelpful to a Hispanic couple , speak loudly about another customer trying to fill her prescription early, and she kept not being able to find my orders. Then Chuck the pharmacist was extremely rude and ugly to me about my order later.
I've received wonderful assistance at the photo counter. The ladies there have been very helpful. Timothy Cooper has always been very kind and helpful with any question I've had...very friendly group of people. I'll shop there ANY day!
Pharmacist ( Patricia ) Pharmacy tech (Shirley) were very rude & unprofessional. I've never been treated so poorly at any other Walgreens. My complaint fell on deaf ears with Head of Pharmacy & Asst. Store Manager. I'm considering transferring all of my prescription needs to CVS. UNBELIEVABLE.
