Shame on the pharmacy staff. I was switching insurance and had one remaining prescription left to pick up. As it was over $700, it was extremely expensive. I was told that it was ok to wait to pick it up until I gathered the funds. The pharmacy staff put the prescription back before the agreed upon day, leaving me without a way to get my medication at an "affordable" ($700) price. This place can be slow in the pharmacy but mostly due to their corporate policies at least they are usually friendly and try to help. However their front end could use some serious customer service. It took three people to assist with a price check while their was only one person checking and the line kept growing. Seriously need a manager. I had to just give up and walk out after wasting my time in line.
