I mailed off two important rolls of film and was told they'd be back in a week. After three trips to the store only to be told "They'll be on the 5pm truck" I was told they'd call and check on them for me and get back with me. That did not happen. I called to check on them today and was told I'd be connected to a store manager. After five minutes on hold I hung up. A little customer service would be nice. I should have gone to CVS. I'll know next time.
Absolutely terrible customer service. There is an issue EVERY SINGLE TIME I walk into the pharmacy and need a refill... from putting the wrong label on my daughter’s medication to not restocking on insulin for over a week. I went in tonight to get insulin refilled and stood in line for 45 minutes before anyone gave me the time of day. One lady walked off while I was in the middle of talking to her. I will be taking my business elsewhere!
I waited in line for 45 minutes then I finally went inside it wasn't any better, I waited in there for about the same time, got one of my meds but they forgot to put the other one in there so i'm gonna have to go back again.
There are too many things to list, sufice to say, i will not be back in that store.
