Poor is giving them the benefit of the doubt!! Just waited at drive thru for OVER 30 MINUTES (three much smarter people got out of line, so now I am next after car ahead of me.........) and surprise surprise; another 10 minutes. I finally get to the window, was NOT GREETED, let alone APOLOGIZED TO FOR THE WAIT!! But this isn't the end.............wait for it; they cannot fill my perscription; not a respectable excuse given; so after 15 MORE minutes, I ask (very calmly) for my script back and am told "WAIT A MINUTE!" and she ... read more
