They mess up my motgers medications. I received texts that her medication is ready, but when we go to pick it up its not done. PLEASE CHECK ALL YOUR MEDICATION BEFORE LEAVING THE STORE
Just got my flu shot today.
came into pharmacy, no one in drive thru, I was not acknowledged and even then I still was waiting. I was told it would be 90 minutes for my medicine. I gave you 2 hours. no one bothered to call me to let me know you did not have my script in stock and cannot get it for 4 days, and they didn't bother to check a nearby pharmacy to see if it was available. it's inconsiderate and unprofessional. the staff is rude, as if my presence is an inconvenience for them. Very disappointed when I returned a prescription that was 10 short of the ordered 30. Not even an offer to check there inventory to see if they could have possibly made an error. Instead I got I COUNTED THEM MYSELF. So I asked you counted 30, because there is only 20? I COUNTED THEM MYSELF AN THERE WAS 30. So I'm a liar is what your saying! This has happened before.
